When I’m working every day of the week, its nice to toss up my make up and add a little bit of bling to my life. It also helps me justify why I spent too much money at Mecca the other week…

For work today I paired by current “regular” base (NARS Tinted Moisturizer + Sheer Glow Foundation, Arbonne concealer, NARS Crystal Translucent powder + Contour Blush) with some more fun eye shadow.

Sadly the photo didn’t turn up uber well on my iPhone front camera (poor iPhone 5). But in real life, its a little glam but very wearable.

I used the NARS Dual Intensity (wet-to-dry) metallic eye shadow over my lid and in my crease in its dry form. I then used a little bit of the product wet on the center of my eyelid for extra Sunday umphh!

Then I used a little of my plum/purple Arbonne eye shadow (will post a photo/review of this soon) in my crease, and blended all of the product out with my fluffy Sephora brush. I followed with a bit of subtle liner in an almost matching Arbonne purple eyeliner on my top lashline. I followed this with LASHINGS of the Jordanna Lash Extreme mascara (which I actually like now that it has dried out a little!).

Brows are my Benefit brow Zing kit, brushed out really well with my magical Sephora brow brush. I ended up using MAC’s Rebel lipstick with a pink Sephora lip lacquer over the top when I got to work – to help match in my dark nail polish.
