Illustrating my wardrobe

Lately I’ve been trying to down size my wardrobe. It’s been a several month process and so far I’ve found that now I do have less, but I also appear to have so much more to actually wear. I also can now see if there are items forming gaps or excess on my collection.

Items I loved but NEVER had anything to wear them with are gone or stored away from my day to day clothes. Clothes that no longer fit their best – GONE (with the exception of a few – again stored away separately). Items that haven’t been worn since I moved to Melbourne a year and a half ago…. GONE GONE GONE.

And after the initial freak out, it feels pretty fricking awesome.

To make the process of cleaning out a little bit more fun than just taking eBay photos- I’ve decided to start doing some illustrations of looks I can try from what I have.

So far it’s been pretty fun and given me some awesome ideas ๐Ÿ’ž

What do you guys do to help downsize your wardrobe?
